You know, when I think of blueprints, I guess I'm really thinking of deck plans. I'm thinking that if I spend $9.95 I'll get some cool deckplans and cutaways of these ships from the Jovian Chronicles universe. What I received were 5 sheets with top, side, and front views of various ships. 1 sheet with a ship's bridge, another with a cutaway of an exo-armor, and a final sheet that had a cutaway of a ship's interior…but this ship was in the main rule book, in color, and the diagram in the book was more informative.
If you want something to hang on your wall, this might be nice. If you want something inexpensive from DP9, this would fit the bill. If you want something that will give you more insight into the ships, and really cool blueprints of a ship…buy some old Traveller books. These "blueprints" are a major disappointment. They get a "D," and the tragic part about this is that I believe the people at DP9 could have produced something worthy of an "A" very easily, but they didn't. Its their loss, and it doesn't have to be yours.
