Thus, the posse gets entangled in a race against time to find out who did the dastardly deed, and recover a diamond known as the Heart of Darkness.
The Road to Hell is yet another example of Pinnacle's dedication to quality. The authors did a great job in creating the antagonists--in fact, they are the BEST since Stone first appeared on the cover of the Deadlands RPG. The entire scenario is well-written, and it leaves the players (and Marshals!) waiting for more.
The only complaint is the price--9.95 for a 46 page adventure??? Their Dime Novels are 64 pages (half fiction, half adventure), and only 4.95! The price may turn some people off, but it's worth the money. After all, The Road to Hell is aptly named, because the adventure continues in Heart of Darkness...
Style: 5 (Excellent!)
Substance: 4 (Meaty)
