More Excuses to Kill Things is a supplement for BTRC's titillating "satirical, mildly offensive, parody role-playing game" Macho Women With Guns. More Excuses to Kill Things includes two adventures, a few one-shot combat missions, and a choose-your-own adventure "for when you feel like playing with yourself". More Excuses to Kill Things also includes a poster of the cover art, which is by Mark Rogers (of Samurai Cat fame), and is a direct takeoff of the Boris Vallejo BattleTech poster done for FASA a few years back. Dig it.

The adventures, "Barbarians are a Drag" and "Indeterminator," are fine showcases for BTRC's satirical humor, with enough titillating pictures of scantily clad Macho Women and Renegade Biker Nuns to satisfy the most discriminating role-player. "Indeterminator" also includes instructions on creating characters from the Order of Our Lady of Harley Davidson, giving More Excuses to Kill Things value that survives its use as adventure material.

The solo adventure, "Showdown on Omnicron Delta-IVa," is written for a Macho Women With Guns character, but can also be used with Renegade Nun or Bat-Winged Bimbo characters. "In the far future, all types of people are able to be a Cosmic Marine, even dumb women with wings." As solo adventures go, this one is pretty good, with numerous options leading to Uncertain Death and plenty of opportunities to go toe-to-toe with the Dread Bthulhu and the fiendish BattleWarMechBot (a huge smiley face with a serious attitude problem).

More Excuses to Kill Things is a fun book, and anyone who enjoyed the other books in the Macho Women With Guns series would appreciate its subtle wit and titillating satire. In addition to being a pleasure to read, the book actually contains some good ideas for real adventures. I would have liked more cheesecake artwork, but that's a minor complaint: it's worth picking up.
