Review of Neophyte: The Journey Begins

This is an adventure game in which you are the young neophyte, who is destined to save the world. The graphic in this game have a bit of an animie flavor to them. This is much like other adventure games, in that you kill monsters, collect treasure, and go up levels. The money is used to better equip yourself, so that you can go kill more monsters, to collect more treasure, and go up more levels. There is magic in the game, but the demo doesn't give you access to it.

I found that the clues were very easy and didn't offer much of a challenge. The clues were easy to find and there weren't any difficult visual clues. In my opinion this is a game for the young, who want good graphics and repetitive action. If you want a game that will challenge your mind, more then your reflexes, I think you should look elsewhere.
