Some players may be annoyed that they don't have all the cards. I have, however, seen people realy enjoy the game while playing out of one starter deck. Most RPG's have a drawback. Don't let this one keep you from a great game. (And it is a fairly easy game to collect.)
Dragon Storm is also a very exciting gaming environment. Shapeshifters are feared and hunted everywhere, and you are a shapeshifter. You can never feel completely safe, since you never know who may betray you to the evil necromancers. The necromancers want power, and your death can bring them power. What's worse is that most people believe that shapeshifters are evil and by turning one over to a necromancer they can help make their homes a little safer (and earn a bit of gold in the prossess). To survive, you have to be clever, quick, and brave enough to fight back against the necromancers.
Overall, this is a great game. Overcome your prejudices against the cards and try it. You won't be dissapointed.
Style: 4 (Classy and well done)
Substance: 5 (Excellent!)
