Cards don't feel right for supers.
Random character generation is icky, and since more than one person may be making characters at a time the good luck one person has means that those good cards are unavailable for the other player. To get all the points possible out of chargen to make your character, your character's motivation will likely be the lowest value card drawn. The pairing up of motivation onto cards can make some motivations for heroism to be more likely, but it bites big time in the RP department.
On to actual game play. Your hand is also your HP. When taking damage you discard cards with a value at least equal to the damage taken. This is a blatant death spiral that doesn't belong in a supers game.
Powers are nothing exciting and the experience system is a joke.
Style: 4 (Classy and well done)
Substance: 1 (I Wasted My Money)
