What you get: Your EUR 11,99 or USD 13,07 or GBP 10 will buy you the Nuka-Cola Girl, one of the most iconic images of the Fallout franchise. The miniature can be used in the Fallout: Wasteland Warfare game line.
Contents: The small plastic box contains the Nuka-Cola Girl miniature still in its sprue. Partial assembly is needed; the miniature is complete, yet it needs to be attached to its base. The Nuka-Cola Girl wears the exact same attire she wore in Nuka Notebook, oxygen tanks included. She is caught in an action pose wielding a zap pistol. The serving suggestion on the publisher's website utilizes the same colour pattern that has made the girl famous. The base is sculpted with rough terrain, as well as a discarded STOP sign.
The miniature is accompanied by eight cards, including this survivor's stats. The three items at hand are Nuka-Cola (obviously!), Nuka Cherry, and the Thirst Zapper Cola. The three quests are Innocent Bystander, and Secret Elixir Parts 1 & 2. In the latter, one might actually try to replicate the formula to make his own Nuka Cola. Even the apocalypse cannot stop corporate espionage.
The strong points: I would have been mighty surprised if the pin-up girl behind one of Fallout's most known logos hadn't found her way to the battlefield itself. What a girl she is! The mini plays well the deadly pin-up girl stereotype, with the lady smiling while dodging bullets and shooting with her retro pistol. She is in incredible form, athletic and curvy at the same time. Don't expect practical clothing. We have been through this before; this is an action-oriented pin-up girl.
I am happy that the model's cards accompany the model itself, something that is an exception in the Fallout: Wasteland Warfare universe. If only all cards worked that way.
Game-wise, Nuka-Cola girl is fast, as in very fast. She is not punching like a tank, yet if you want distractions and constant movement that can be used either for penetration or for reaching objectives she will not disappoint. I thematically liked the quests a lot. You do know that Coca Cola still has a secret formula, don't you?
The weak points: EUR 10 for a small mini? Granted, it is the Nuka-Cola girl, but still... Pricing aside however, I have nothing negative to say about it.
Conclusion: The Nuka-Cola Girl is a mini that can excite both the fans of Fallout: Wasteland Warfare as well as the enthusiasts of any other Fallout game. If you don't field one of the line's icons, how do you call yourself a fan?
