Review of Off The Ancient Track: A Lovecraftian Guide to New England & Adjacent New York

This is one of those resources you can just leave scattered about your average Call of Cthulhu gaming session. It doesn't really add to the horror, or to the descriptions of Lovecraft's fictional towns, but it does help to establish a sense of place. This small book is filled with maps and sketches of buildings that Lovecraft knew, some of which were used in sveral of his stories. The book is small, though its the perfect size for bathroom reading, but it is well-worth the price. This is a wonderful resource to help set the mood in the Cthulhu horror game!
