Review of Battlestorm
One element that has been changed, is that winning the initiative does not allow you to kill your opponet before he moves. If you wish to attack a unit that hasn't moved yet, that unit can choose to activate ahead of you and do anything it wants to, including attacking another unit, which may also activate. This means that you have to change you stratagy to try to make your opponet activate his units in the wrong order.
Another point it has going for it is proximity activation. If an enemy unit is marching within 1" of one of your units that hasn't activated yet, you may choose to activate it at that moment.
There are other minor points that a player may or may not like, but the only major drawback is not being able to have a large unit attack more then one unit it is in contact with. Although this and other minor rules take away from the realizm of the game, it allows for a faster, simpler game.
Style: 4 (Classy and well done)
