This suplemment has very good design, and the Vehicle cards are very useful, even if you are not running a campaign in Monte Carlo. Otherwise, the supplement is sparce. It consists of, aside from the file cards, three loosly bound (meaning not at all) booklets. The first one covers new rules, the third one covers vehicles. There is also a foldup full color map.

And that is it, no more. For $6.00 it's a good price, but since the origional price was probably much higher. It's say it was not nessicerially (pardon the spelling error) a good value when it first came out. Alex Case
