Y'know, in the Developer's Notes is says fans have been wanting this type of book for years. I have to confess that I'm one of them. Finally, stats on the most influential vampires in the World of Darkness. Well... not quite all but we'll get to that a little later on down. I do have to congratulate Justin Achilli on putting this out, since I know there's bound to be -somebody- out there who'll just use all these NPC for target-practice, but that's neither here nor there.

Firstly, you get some of the most notable Kindred for the Camarilla (Justicars, Archons, Princes and such), the Sabbat (Seraphim for the Black Hand, prisci, archbishops and bishops) and some of the independent vampires. All are well done, and some quite tantalizing in what the mysteries they almost reveal and hint at what's to come. If you even remotely like professional wrestling, you'll love the Nosferatu luchador El Diablo Verde. I laughed my head off for some minutes.

The art is 99% head shots of the Kindred whose capsules they match, and all look as if they were painted (and most likely are, I'd say). They're all slightly-odd looking, and one wouldn't think -that- many vampires in high places had facial tattoos but it helps to add to the ambience of the book, I believe.

I do have one major bone to pick with this piece. On the cover, it shows three of the most notable Kindred in the World of Darkness and there AREN'T ANY STATS for them! AAAARGH! Actually, it won't be so bad if WW keeps putting up stats on their website for the main character in their Clan Novel series, since that'd take care of two of them. Still, it leaves one and I think all three should have been covered in there. If they're not movers-and-shakers, who is?
