The book continues the series tradition of leaving footprints on the seat of everyone else's pants by adding quite a few new features, as well. They've now added a "damage by cartridge" chart that lists the damage in each of the four game systems for a range of generic calibers and specific cartridges, and provide two empty columns to write in the information for other game systems you use.
Along with the new features come an array of guns. Can't have a gun book without guns, can we? In this volume, along with the usual fare of modern weapons, we also receive some experimental weapons that failed, a smattering of nice guns from World War II, and some concealable and spy guns (like guns concealed in keychains and celphones). As with the other volumes of the series, the bulk of these guns have not been detailed in other gun resources currently available.
On a side note, there have been some formatting corrections. They added a gutter, so now you can punch holes in it without punching holes in the text along the binding edge of the page.
And for another sidenote, some lamers complained this book series was berift of D20 licensing violations. They should be happy to know those violations are all rectified in this book.
