Review of BattleDawn

Out of the many RPGs, I have tried one of the most intriguing browser game, unique to its genre and a source of great entertainment, Battle Dawn.

This 2D flash based MMORPG game is a lot better than it looks at first sight. The Graphics is one of the good features of the game, requiring minimal data you can have a quality experience. A strategic game where you start with a colony with hundreds of players like you and battle for glory and to conquer the world with your allies. The tutorial would teach almost everything a newbie should know and from then its your own adventure, where you learn and conquer tick by tick.

Offering 27 different army units and 45 unique structures to built, it provides an vast range of choices to spend your in-game resources to any level you want. The Game runs by in-game time ticks which can be of intervals of quarter, half or one hour. A game world resets after 3000 or so ticks or when an alliance conquers the world. One of the another interesting feature is the Token System. Tokens are special in-game money which provides you Boosts that are unique to Battle Dawn only. Unlike other games you don’t always have to buy tokens, ‘cuz there are also free tokens, which can be earned by voting or accomplishing achievements of winning the game itself. The later rewarding upto 3000 tokens. But still their uses are limited and for someone more enthusiastic can always buy supporter tokens.

The biggest of reasons for its popularity is its ever-expanding game-universe, constantly with the updates and fixes. The game itself and the forums (with the availability of chat system) is a platform for finding new friends with same interests and learning new things. Its Forum, built for maintenance and support is one of the successful forums. Forums posts always mount up with many types suggestions, polls and all types of different things. The Game as it now, has already four types. Galaxies-where you play to rule the universe sky-rocketed tech and Mars, Earth and Fantasy where you play to conquer the world with futuristic, modern and medieval warfare. Each of them has its own specialty, which you can learn through the In-Game HELP. If you still haven’t checked this game out, you should. .
Who knows you may be the next Alexander and it would be your next love.

PS: The game is pretty Newbie friendly but the worlds are harsh. If you have some problems with anything try registering for a mentor .
