Thought I'd pass this on. According to the author's bio (Scott J. Compton), it appears he's is a long-time game designer of paper RPGs and video games. Looks like The 100% Fantasy RPG was released free to the public (because of the love of the hobby), but it's not slop at all...very professional looking even though there's not much in the way of artwork. There is only an internet-publication at this time at his website, but the author states he may support future versions. Here are the specs: * 150 pages * Downloadable as a 1.5MB PDF * Fairly easy to navigate: table of contents * Hyperlinks throughout the PDF * Character Cards for character generation * A Character state glossary and normal one * This was after a quick reading.
