I've heard some bad things said about this game. The most damning being that "it's just a rip off of Lunch Money".

Hey. What gives? I mean, sure, my lunch money experience consisted of a single situation at a trade show where a rep threw a bunch of cards at me and took away my pennies (okay, not MY pennies, but you get the point). And, sure, I've played the 3S game and found it amusing and quick.

I'm willing to conceded that LM may be a good game (or even a great game). However, even if its a better game than 3S, 3S has one major advantage over it.

The Stooges are, not to put too fine a point on it, gods. Every guy on the planet knows this. Every woman struggles to understand it. Three fat vaudevillians who slapped each other a lot have become icons to our post-modern age.

This fills me with nostalgia and joy and laughter.

Lunch Money features shots of some guy's daughter looking menacing.

You'll pardon me for not feeling fear.

Lunch Money depicts a common occurence that most gamers will shy away from: schoolyard bullying. 3S features a group of guys getting into whacky situations and beating each other.

I mean, really? Which one do YOU prefer?

And, since there was a card called "woo, woo, woo", I could turn to my freind Carl Wu and go "Carl, Carl, Carl". Is there a better value for your entertainment dollar? I think NOT.

Style: 4 (Classy and well done)
Substance: 3 (Average)
