Picture this: Bruce Lee beating the crap out of a renegade Shao Lin monk when, suddenly, zombies burst in and start eating people! It's up to Bruce and the Shao Lin deserter to fight-off a horde of the undead!
Now, picture this: Chow Yun Fat shooting up a group of drug-runners, only to find that they only go down when shot in the brain and have some sweet crazy gun maneuvres of their own! Now, picture THIS: your PCs are Bruce Lee, the renegade Shao Lin or Chow Yun Fat! "Enter the Zombie" is a set of new rules, as well as new settings, for the "All Flesh Must Be Eaten" roleplaying game of zombie survival horror which essentially pit martial artists and 'shooters' against the undead in battles to the (second) death, thus combining two of the greatest movie genres into one incredible roleplaying experience! "Enter the Zombie" is also a great source of ideas for 'ordinary' AFMBE adventures and campaigns, as it provides a number of interesting character and zombie variations which can liven-up a game getting bogged-down by run-of-the-mill zombies, and factory-pressed Survivors. The artwork is, as with the AFMBE rulebook, magnificent and perfectly befitting the genre. Some are great martial arts/gunfight action shots, some gore-splattered zombie pics, and others combinations of the two, so you know the art really does give you some great ideas. Basically, I highly recommend this book to fans of AFMBE, as it expands the possible scope of campaigns greatly. While not essential, it gives the Zombie Master and players some magnificent options. | |
