This is another of Chaosium's bargain priced Cthulhu collections. In it new players get to experience the out of print horror of Tsathoggua. I was really expecting explosions and all kinds of excitement here, but overall I was disappointed.
The main part of the book is about a scientific expedition to Greenland, and I had just finished "Walker in the Wastes" so this expedition just didn't get my blood to boiling. Besides, "Secrets" has the same price and has four better scenarios for your dollar. I'm glad that Chaosium is reprinting this old stuff, but this particular scenario is really showing its age. Pick it up if you're a completist, otherwise there are better ways to spend your money. This book is a solid "C."
