Are you bored at the movies? Are you tired of films recirculating the same techniques and special effects? I mean, how many times can they tear up New York? Well stand back partners. Lock and load, and get ready to rock and roll, 'cause the boys at Archangel Entertainment are back with a supplement for Extreme Vengeance that's designed to maximize your damage (and your popularity).

Maximum Damage deals with weapons designed to spice up your films and add new styles for your play (Now you too can call your shots like Judge Dredd). New weapons are just the intro, though. Maximum Damage's feature presentations are new repertoires (Coup de Grace, Dramatic Inspiration, Matte Shot, Motivated Close-up, Music Video, Slapstick, Sound Effects, Squib Bag, Tracking Shot, and Whip Pan), strategies for boosting the popularity of your favorite repertoires, and repertoire combinations that'll drive your popularity through the roof. As you stack Coup de Grace on top of Dramatic Inspiration on top of Go Ballistic while clobbering the feature baddie into next week, you may think that Extreme Vengeance plays more like a card game (that is if you aren't too busy adding up the popularity).

As if that wasn't enough, the generous Mr. Lee throws in a rip snortin', ninja-stomping adventure. All of this for only $8. Man, if only Van Damme were this dependable.

Style: 3 (Average)
Substance: 4 (Meaty)
