Finally, the regal lords and ladies of the Garou revealed. This sourcebook gives, as usual, much information on the past glories of the tribe (this case in the form of the letters written by a two progressive Silver Fangs and the rebuttals of an old guard garou).

The history is well done. Then comes the camps and something new, the houses. The camps show different stances on the tribes basic mentality. The two main camps are the Renewal and the Royalists, and are (most or less) opposed in thier viewpoints on the future of the tribe, whether they should breed with their own, inbred, bloodlines or branch out, marrying with the kin of the other tribes. There are other camps as well such as the mystics of the Ivory Brotherhood.

The houses are another division within an already split tribe. The houses are the various kingdoms of the the great Fangs, spread throughout the world. Detailed in the pages are regal houses such as House Wyrmfoe in the American northeast, domain of King Albrecht, as well as infamous houses such as the Silver Spiral.

New gifts are listed in the tribebook, as well as new fetishes, and along with the standard character templates and tribal heroes of past and present.

In all, this book gives a much needed look into this regal, though fragile, tribe. In my humble opinion, it's required reading for any serious Werewolf:The Apocalypse game.

Style: 4 (Classy and well done)
Substance: 4 (Meaty)
