Munchkin is a game that will appeal to any gamer, it has all the action found in any great game. You kill things and loot the bodies and/or rooms for treasure. The game premise is simple, you start as a level one charater and to win the game you have to rise to a level 10 charater by killing monsters and taking their treasure. Along the way you get cursed, killed, sex changed & other really nice stuff. Not to mention the other players might want to stop you from reaching your goal too.
The games rules are pretty simple to understand and rather straight forward, the art fits the genre of the game and is very well done and quite funny. But my only gripe is that for the money you shell out you kinda expect a little more, all you get is 168 cards, the box it comes with & a rule sheet. Its hard to keep the cards in good shape if they're just being thrown around the box while you're just carrying it around but its a minor complaint in a fun game. Oh yeah and one more thing, the more people playing the more mayhem is abound. Thus the more people the more fun the game gets. | |
