This is the Hunter Splatbook that deals with the enigmatic Visionary creed of hunters. The self-styled philosiphers and leaders among the newly Imbued, they seek to find the answers to their existance.
This book is like the other Hunter Splats I read in that they are almost completely In Character, with a chapter at the end describing new powers, character concepts, merits and flaws, and other "Crunchy" stuff. HB:V also goes behind the scenes of Hunter-net.org, which was created by a Visionary. All in all, the info provided will healp run Visionaries better, and help flesh them out. If you have no intrest in playing a Visionary, then I suggest either letting your ST, or a player in your group who is planning on playing one, to buy it and just borrowing it from them. The art is pretty average for the Hunter line, nothing too good, nothing really horible.
