Boring-- the Cthulhu for President kit was much more fun, and better worth the money. "Paranoia" once had an excessory pack of its game that included authentic forms taken from the game. They were filled with all sorts of wonderful bureaucratic nonsense-- stuff that I could never come up with. In fact the accusation of treason (?) form nearly got the crap beaten out of me when someone thought that it was a real form. These are all competent and exacting forms that could appear from Arkham, but they're boring. Who cares for Arkham letterhead, when you can make your own in just a few minutes on a Mac-- longer for a PC? The $15 it cost could be better spent on any of Chaosium's new inexpensive scenario books. This supplement gets a "D." Competent product, but nowhere near as creative as it might have been-- why not have included sample filled out forms? That would give scenario ideas, and examples of how the forms could be used.

Style: 2 (Needs Work)
Substance: 1 (I Wasted My Money)
