Rifts has been known to be a game all about power, but now Palladium has yet again knocked it up a notch. The vast majority of this book is nothing more then half-baked NPC's and HUGELY overpowered magical war machines that would make any character cringe. The entire meat and potatoes of this book are crammed into five pages of poorly written material that was obviously not thought through. I think it's time that we gamers send Palladium a message and stop buying these jeuvenile, stat-crammed books....I know I will.
