This is the main reason why I have a problem with Jovian Chronicles. This volume includes all of the extra rules, which were left out of the main rulebook. This Companion also includes vehicle creation rules, which are nice and streamlined, but somewhat intensive to go through- a step by step example would have helped. This package has some essential information for the game. If you like Jovian Chronicles then you have to get this book- if you don't, then leave this Companion behind. It gets a "B." I hate it when companies release extra volumes of rules that are really essential to the game itself. White Wolf excels at this, and to top it off they don't even seem to make an effort to make their rules consistent- give us complete rules sets!
