Let me get my only complaint about the book out of the way now because it is only a small complaint at that. The artwork would be ok, but for some reason there are more of these polygonized pictures of what looks to be White-Wolf staff members that have been popping up in various Trinity products lately. It's almost like someone at White-Wolf has gotten a new software toy and as been playing with it way to much. It doesn't look futurestic, it just looks silly.
That aside, the book is great in that it gives you exactly what it advertises, Psi Law. It explains the laws and policies that various regions have that apply toward Noetics (PCs). It also explains how politics, religion, and general beliefs effect how the laws work. There are many case studies through out the book that help more fully explain the legal situation in a region. What I really like are the little story hooks that are in the book. It doesn't give many details, but it does give a good Storyteller an idea to work with to either add to his current campaign or use to start a new one. That's the other thing I really liked is there are no stats or rules additions in this book, it just the facts (or just the fiction depending on how you look at it.) I don't know why White Wolf just didn't put all the Field Reports into one book, but it's nice to be able to pick and choose content. Overall, if you play Trinity, you can't go wrong with this considering it's only 5$!
