Wow! The Sabbat finally resemble the militant religious fanatics that previous books claimed that they really are. This book is far and away better than the previous editions. Now I'm actually afraid of these folks.
Like the Camarilla book, this book has everything you want to know about the Sabbat. From the Creation Rites, to character creation, and becoming True Sabbat- this book has it all. You wish to read more about the anti-clans, the bloodlines that fight with them, and the powers they wield against their Camarilla foes? This is the book for you. From the obliteration of the Tremere antitribu, to the recruitment of the revived Warrior Salubri, this book does not fail to amaze newbies and veterans alike. Would you like to know the theory and practice of Sabbat warfare, and how you can exploit it for some excellant role-playing? It's in here. What about all that internal conflict that isn't suppossed to happen due to the Vaulderie? Yes, it is also here. What about all of the rites and rituals? What about the special powers that the long-time Sabbat wield? All of that's here as well. This book is the one big tool box, the Metric to the Camarilla's Imperial, that all Vampire GMs need to make the Sabbat their own. You could do without, but you'd be a damned fool to do so. Yes, get the book. Read it, love it, learn it, and use what you see early, often, and repeatedly. Your players will love you for it.
Style: 4 (Classy and well done)
