Infantry Weapons of the World (IWW) was a supplement for the old GDW house system. As such, it serviced games such as Twilight:2000, Dark Conspiracy, and Cadillacs and Dinosaurs. It listed for the PCs enjoyment just about any small arm they could want.
After a one page introduction, featuring a few new rules improving the lethality of the GDW system and giving mathematical equations on how stats were derived, the book jumps right into listing after listing, including an illustration of each, of guns - from holdout pistols such as the COP .357 to mammoth sniper riles like the PzB 39 (which has my favorite picture). Included with each weapon is a blurb, describing what it is known for, what's good about or bad about it, etc. At the end is a three page summary of costs and weights, as well as availabilities, for all the ammunitions listed. All in all, this is a great book for anyone running GDW house system games. If you're not, it's still a very good book; both for the illustrations and comparitive listings of firearms.
Style: 4 (Classy and well done)
