 Is this a new game?

Listen, Dark Sun came out eight or nine years ago, right? In fact, I'm pretty sure if you go to the WoTC website you'll see that they don't support Dark Sun any more. So why is it being reviewed now? Did they just put out a new edition? Or is RPG.net just encouraging people to retroactively review games published years ago?
