We appreciated your kind words about our product, and would love to have you look at all of our future releases. I just thought that I would explain some of the use of Demons. In my campaign, I have always focused on making the PCs hate the bad guys. I strongly encourage players to be good-aligned. The main evil gods are Orcus, Dispater, Set and the Frog God (whom you will all meet soon). I ran adventures for one group in which they would kill any frog they saw, they were so poised against the bad guys!

In our adventures, you will see a lot of demons and references to them, but rarely will the party actually encounter one (though you will get lots of evil priests). An exception to this is our Demons and Devils supplement, which consists of three short adventures and should be on shelves in January. These baddies usually are the power behind the evils that the PCs are trying to defeat.

You will see that religion (good vs. bad) usually plays a huge part in the themes of Necromancer's adventures. I base this on the general religious fervor present in any dark-ages society; and the fact that it provides an undertone of a power struggle for control of society (religion is, after all, the opiate of the masses). I was always inspired by the Conan books (Set).
