 Campaign setting?

James,

Is the Sunless Citadel based in a specific D&D gameworld (Greyhawk, etc.) or is it prepared for a more generic setting? Does it reference people and places within Greyhawk (which appears to be D&D3's default setting)?

P.S. Good review, by the way. You've almost tempted me to pick it up and use it for an introduction for my D&D3 campaign.
