The third paragraph is a bit of a non sequitur, isn't it? It follows the heading "But Killing Is Evil!" but it's clearly trying to answer the objection "But Killers Are Evil!", which is a totally different claim. (Unless you feel that only evil beings commit evil acts, I suppose, but that seems absurdly simplistic.)
And for the record, killing is evil. The fact that there's such a thing as a necessary evil does not refute this claim.
