Back in the day I played D&D with Goblinoid PCs now and then. We went on raids into people villages we defended from people raids on our homes. They tortured us. We tortured them. They massacred families. I suppose we did too.
We tried to be evil but it was really difficult to treat humans worse than humans have treated us. We had more violent power struggles but that was part of our society so was it really evil?
We managed to be evil sometimes by eating babies alive. I fancy running another game like that these days. So EVIL. Are Goblins evil or just misunderstood? Is there anything that can not be explained away when you take into account what these retches have been through?
