OK, here it goes:

Barbarians: remain mostly unchanged. Due to lack of martial weapons, they become experts in unarmed combat

Bards: loose spells but gain a bonus feat every time they would gain a new spell level

Clerics: never in pure historical campaigns, occassionally in legendary ones but with limited domain selection.

Druids: same as clerics

Fighters: extraneous, see Frontiersman

Frontiersman: merges fighter with ranger to create a class better suited for the period

Gentleman: a class of the upper crust of soceity, trained to handle one's self in duels (Southern aristocrats, European nobility, etc.)

Monks: DM permission only, as they don't fit

Paladins: made into a prestige class, loses its magic spells but becomes accessible to Neutral good characters

Prophets: wandereds with special mental powers: medicine women, psychics, etc.

Rangers: extraneous, see Frontiersman

Rogues: very common

Sorceror: only in Legendary campaigns with DM approval

Wizard: never used save in a very Fantasy based campaihn
