A question for all you "horror" experts

Ok here's a challenge for all you GM's who think there is always a way to scare people. How do you make someone who fears nothing in a game afraid? I mean I really get into playing my characters and love horror RPG's, but no one has ever been able to frighten me. Main reason is I guess that since I was like 4 all I have ever really enjoyed reading or watching has been horror and so most of it has become common place for me, that and I can never suspend my disbelief enough that I can fully enjoy the game and not in some shape or form realize that I am just sitting around a table playing a game with friends.

Movies don't even frighten me anymore, it's too easy for me to get fully into them and then analyze everything about them (I loved American Psycho, while it frightened my wife because it was a great view into the mind of a serial killer, same with Henry). Books work the same way, where I analyze every little neuance to understand what the author is trying to get at and thus, for me, I get a tremendous amount of appreciation for the work.

So any ideas on how you get people like that to feel fear?
