Obviously not (to answer the rhetorical question in the Topic
title. Otherwise you'd have heard of the award winning RQ supplement
Trollpak (1982, widely considered one of the best supplements for any
roelplaying game ever), a supplement entirely devoted to developing
this monster race with a fully described biology, ecology, culture
and mythology.
It was republished for RQ3, and there is an excelent new troll
supplement titled UZ now out for Hero Wars with lots of new
material on Troll culture, language, religion and magic.
None of which has anything to do with Tolkien or Orcs, but
let's get our facts streight.
