Not bad - a simple, flexible, fast wargame. I like!

I do have a suggestion on how to create units, though - according to the extant rules, there's little to prevent someone from having all of their units possess Large in all attributes.

One way to handle this is to have the players assign one of each to the unit: one stat must be Small, one Medium, and one Large. A tank might have Large Defense, but is slow from all that armor (Small Move) and can't pack the best gun (Medium Range). This forces players to think about what their units can/can't do.

The point value idea is good, though, so long as it's clear that players can't just load up on the best troops possible; troops cost a base of 4 points, with each Small stat subtracting one from the cost, Medium imposing no change, and Large adding a point. Hence, a piddly little foot soldier with all Small stats costs a mere 1 point, while the UberCorp HoverTank/OfficeComplex, with all stats Large, is (4+3) 7 points, the most possible.

Additional modifiers could be imposed for special benefits: each advantageous power or ability costs further points. Extra shots? You have to buy another Range attribute at the standard cost. Improved movement, such as flight or extra speed? Pay the Move cost again for each extra step of movement, or for the ability to ignore one type of terrain.

Just some thoughts,
