Reading through this Forum, I found a lot a accuses on gamers. I wonder if there is a backup. Can someone tell me a real story about abuse of women on the game table/game shop. Maybe I sound naive, but in my twenty years role-playing I had never heard from a girl or woman such a claim. I know a lot a married roleplayers that have no problems whatever. My mother, my sister and my wife play RPG's and noone never mentioned anything about such things and we discussed a lot the role of women in RPG's. The local Gaming Shop is owned by a woman.
I'm not ignoring that there is a lot of violence against women because nearly every woman that I know has a story to tell about sexual harassment or rape (including my sister, but I never heard of anything around the gaming table.
