1. The Serpent convinced Eve to take the Apple and Adam knowingly ate of it.
Is the situation any better or worse if it had Adam do it first?
2. God repeatidly mentions in the Bible women are equally so his children.
A:) Hosiah's wife is indeed unfaithful and indeed there are examples of bad women such as Salome, Deliah, and Jezebel but Herod, Saul, and Ham weren't too pleasant either....
The Bible in Hosiah's book and the New Testament encourages men to treat their spouses as equals despite the Baptist works to the contrary (it's not a perfect book by any means)
B:) Deborah the Judge, Ruth, and numerous other characters show themselves to be wise and forthcomming folk.
C:) Joseph has a extremely regulated role in Jesus's life as opposed to Mary.
It should be noted the lady also recognized Jesus more statistically it seemed than men.
but it would be SEXISM to stereotype it. All over the world virtually every religeon including Hinduism (look at the atrocious manner in which Vishnu in mortal form treats his wife Sita....and is properly chastised by Brahmen for it)
Even Greek Myth shows Hera in a subordinate role to hera.
And I think instinctively since time memorial while teh arrangement worked and didn't work...good men I believe have not undervalued their wives nor has any culture not had abuses/proper portions.
