I listen to Metallica, System of a Down, and techno to get in the mood when writing stories as a Narrator for Star Trek. Of course, I listen to Star Trek theme music as well, but futuristic sounds dark and grim, with gnashing of teeth get me thinking hmmm..who gets vaporized by a phaser blast today ?
Starship combat or ground commando adventure. Psionics or none ?
