You might think this piece has nothing to do with the Illuminati, but we -er - they are everywhere and in everything. Really. I wouldn't kid ya. Why, just the other day . . .
As to the piece. These same things are essential to good paper-based role-playing and to tactical games. Whichever of my friends (or myself) is hosting a gaming session always provides the good eats (we're talkin' good coffee, a growler of craft-brewed beer, homemade chili, homemade pizza, burritos, tacos, whatever), a safe house, and on down your line. We sometimes fall apart at the 'Actualization' step, but that's because someone will bring up an interesting topic and we'll degenerate into good conversation.
A good piece. The Illuminatus are content. . . not that I speak for them or, uh, anything.

PS - The beauty of having sloppy food (Salsa, chili, etc,) is that -- invariably -- some gets spilled on your character sheets. During those moments of nostalgia, when I go back through old characters, I can even see the old stains of what we were eating while we were playing!
