You can always tell when spring break is hitting the college campuses. Suddenly, people start coming out of the woodwork, picking fights right and left. After half a semester of being harassed by professors and unappreciated by fellow students, you can see why a poor gamer might look to rpg.net to vent his frustrations.
I betcha in a week these forums get very quiet again.
Hitchhiker Man, whoever you are, I salute you. Writing columns is cold, thankless work. Those who enjoy your writing will never let you know, and those who don't will be the first posters on the forum.
My advice is not to take any advice. You are writing a humor column for a reason; because you have a sense of humor. If you start taking suggestions your work is going to become watered down and boring.
(By the way, my excuse is that I'm done with coursework and graduating in May, so I also have plenty of free time on my hands. Let the games begin!)
