Really anything by James Horner is good, but to get specific:

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Pool of Radiance
Dune
Bladerunner
Star Wars Episode I
Babylon V (both SD I and SD II, inparticular)

Not being a huge soundtrack guy, classical music or brassband music can fill gaps as well.
