 How many GURPS points?

I had an idea for an intelligent car made with the Gurps "Willful Weapons" rules. The only thing it lacks is the point cost for being faster and having better acceleration than it would naturally have. I set them both at 1 pt/1% increase. Is that right?
Cherry.

Cherry likes to race. That's what she was made for after all. She was constructed out of spare parts stolen by racing-obsessed punks. They built her in a shack on a road closed down because too many people died doing drag races. She's a fire-red '67 Thunderbird convertable with tubular headers, added twin turbos etc. and she's a beautiful machine. So beautiful people will do anything to have her and keep driving her. The last 3 owner's were sent to prison for speeding or bankrupted by the fines, tuneups and new paint jobs. Of course they've stolen her a couple of times after losing her. She doesn't like to be driven by people who don't like cars and will refuse to start for them.
Cherry has Will-13(-3pts),Powers: increased "Accuracy" (adds to driving skill) +3 (6 pts), increased acceleration +10% (10? pts), increased speed +10% (10? pts), Lesser Gesa: Can only be used by carlovers (-10), Greater Gesa: Must race at any opportunity (-20) Skills: Driving -14 (2pts), Mechanics - 13 (1pt), Modern music knowledge- 13 (1 pt), Area Knowledge (Roads only, local
area) - 14 (2 pts), Reputation +2 (Bitchen vechicle, local motorheads) (3 pts), Reputation -2 (Constant lawbreaker, local police) (3pts) Quirk vain -1, dislikes burnouts -1, tunes radio to songs that express her feelings/mood -1.
Total point cost = -7pts?
