Cool stuff - I've got my Hunter players landing in Hong Kong at the start of the next game (well, they've landed already, but haven't gotten off the plane yet) - I think I should let the food surrounding them tell part of the story as to the ambient atmosphere of the setting, almost as much as the neon and architecture.
