Interesting idea.
Sure, it seems logical that most landlords would want the money that adventurers bring in...however, they might also end up treating them rather roughly due to the amount of trouble they can cause in the 'common room'.
'Sure, sure, fine sirs, you can have the best suite in the Inn. Just for St Cuthbert's sake, don't drink down here in the pub!'
