I like the plot, but I have a couple of credibility problems to do with the death of the "Scorpion":
First, why is Phylis in the cell for the Scorpion's death? Phylis bears the guilt for commissioning Jim's murder and hence a share of the blame for Michael being killed when he's mistaken for Jim, but she didn't intend to kill the Scorpion when she turned on the microwave. Killing somebody "inadvertently" isn't murder, but just an accident.
Secondly, why was a professional hitman carrying a pack full of explosives fitted with live radio detonators? It seems unlikely. I suppose he could have needed a bomb for his next "job", but even so carrying it around primed to explode seems very amateurish.
