Very interesting column. I would like to point that for a satisfactory RPG game, and for any work of fiction, you actually need three elements, not only a theme. The other two are plot and characters. The point is to build them so each one supports the other two.
Do you plan to cover plot and characters in future articles?
Coincidentally, I wrote an article about these three elements. But as rpg.net seems to prefer periodic columns rather than one-shot articles, I published it in another web (and in Spanish).
