Full time GM's who constantly turn things into game related terms. We constantly go over plot points and npc motivations in out minds. If you dont keep us busy we will find ways to wiegh down our campaigns with endless detail or excessive sub-plots.
Most of this article though seemed kind of random back and forth stream of thought,"I got to go to the bathroom,*FLUSH*,where was I?" stuff.
Its odd resolving gaming relationships with real life relationships.
(Who sleeps with who, who hates who, who stole my wand of fear?,etc, etc.)
I have gamed with GM's who were poor excuses for human beings but geniuses behind a screen. The kind of people you did not visit unless you were gaming, and we all end up with players in a group that we dont really want but we tolerate.
Sometimes its to placate others in the group(especially SO'S), sometimes because we can't find other players. When I myself went into the military one of my players recruited a nephew and all his friends to play. When I came home on leave I dubbed this group of 15 and 16 year olds "The Munchkins".
Heh they hated that name, some of them are 25 now and I still call them that occasionally.
