right now i'm playing in a group with 2 adults, and 2 adolescent boys who happen to be their sons. when running CoC games, this is tricky
fire vampire has just jumped down npc's throat - how to describe?
Rick screams in blood curdling agongy, grasping at his throat, then his torso. suddenly he explodes form the inside, raining viscera, blood, and the remants of his Big Mac from lunch all over you.

Rick looks uncomfortable. When you look the other way, you hear a small pop, and goo is all over you.
Oh well, i guess we need a PG-13 CoC. One things for sure, the sons can't play in my Unknown Armies scenario based on the movie 7 and Silence of the Lambs/Hannibal. :D
