 Gaming stereotypes?

I really hope as a 17 year old male my opinion on RPGs is the future. I play a LOT of RPGs (33 hours this week, 4 days, 5 different RPGs, I love summer vacation). I have my preferences of gaming styles and games, of course, but I never looked down upon a person for a game they played. I usually only read articles on improving my GMing (every bit helps) and I only read this one for it's title that I thought would be beneficial in recruiting more people.

I am shocked by the outright bigotry of a lot of gamers. You people scare me with your extremely high horses. Ok, enough ranting. I don't mind and a really can't blame people. It is a nattural tendency.

My question is what are these stereotypes for games, particularly the ones mentioned in this article??

On a side note, I have an anecdote from my first experience with RPG bigotry. I was at this one card, RPG, and wargaming shop. It was early in the morning and I was by myself with two MAGIC players behind the counter and two playing at the table. I bought my RPGs from the guys at the counter (with their condescending looks) and sat down to watch the game. One of the players stopped the game to harass me for the purchase saying i didn't know what I was doing, no one played that RPG anymore, and I was an idiot throwing away my money. It is now one of my favorite RPGs that my friends and I always play. I am intimidated to mention it here in fear of being shunned and ignored. TSR is not hurting RPGs like I always here, it is the people who breed these feelings.
